Cook or Cookware?
So I have been doing a little bit of research into the types of cookware out there, there's a lot! One key factor in considering what you buy is you get what you pay for. You may wonder why your food sticks to the pan, or one spot of the pan gets hotter than another. If you buy cheap, you won't be happy. Short term you may think you have a great product, but in the long run your going to end up with a cupboard full of cookware that you just don't want to use. So in my opinion, spend a little extra, get a good product, and you'll be happy in the end. Good quality cookware will make us excited about cooking a meal. So to answer my title question, it could be both the cook and the cookware that make or break the meal.
