How well do you know your cookware?

So what is it that makes us decide on this pan or that one? Is it the picture of someone famous endorsing it, is it what is offered in the package deal, is it the price, or do you actually know what your buying? I'm sure we all fall under one of those categories, and no i didn't read your mind. I am creating this blog for people to get to know their cookware. And in turn it will also help me to get to know my cookware. Who knows maybe we could all learn more about our cookware and we might become better cooks. And I'll leave you with this....is it the cookware that ruins the food, or is it the cook. I guess we'll find out next time.
